Any item that is stolen or obtained through fraud or theft. This includes gear with filed police reports or items flagged by serial number databases.

Counterfeit or Replica Items

Counterfeit camera bodies, lenses, accessories, or any item sold as genuine that is not. Replicas or knock-offs must be clearly labeled as such and may not be sold as genuine.

Illegally Modified Equipment

Camera equipment modified in ways that violate FCC regulations, safety standards, or manufacturer warranties in ways that could harm others.

Hazardous Materials

Items containing or designed to hold hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or substances regulated by shipping carriers.

Weapons or Weapon Accessories

Firearms, weapon-mounted cameras, or accessories primarily designed for weapons (except for legally compliant, camera-specific accessories like GoPro mounts intended for sporting use).

Illegal Surveillance Equipment

Hidden cameras or recording devices intended for illegal surveillance. Covert recording equipment sold without proper disclosure.

Items Without Legal Right to Sell

Items subject to court orders, bankruptcy proceedings, or other legal restrictions that prevent their sale.
