Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your contact information.
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
5. Your signature.

Repeat Infringers

My Camera Bags will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, in appropriate circumstances.
