Buyer Policy

Purchases
All sales are final unless the item significantly differs from its listing description or is not received. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, descriptions, and seller ratings before purchasing.
Payments
All payments must go through MyCameraBags using the provided checkout. Do not pay sellers outside the platform. Off-platform payments provide no buyer protection.
Receiving Items
Upon receiving an item, inspect it within 48 hours and report any discrepancy to MyCameraBags via the dispute system. After 48 hours without a dispute, the transaction is considered accepted.
Rentals
For rentals, see the Rental Policy. Buyers renting gear are responsible for the item's safe return.
Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, open a dispute within 14 days via the disputes dashboard. See the Dispute Policy for resolution timelines.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider before exhausting the MyCameraBags dispute process may result in account suspension. Please use our internal dispute process first.
Fraud Protection
If you suspect fraud, report it immediately using the reporting tools available on any listing or user profile. MyCameraBags investigates all fraud reports.
