• Fraud or scams — misrepresenting items, fake listings, or deceptive practices
• Copyright infringement — uploading images or content you do not have the right to share
• Spam — unsolicited messages, duplicate listings, or off-topic promotion
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law
• Malicious files — executables, scripts, or files designed to harm systems

Image Rights

You must own or hold the rights to any image you upload. Do not upload images taken by others without their permission. Uploading images depicting other people without their consent is prohibited.

Marketplace Conduct

Listings must accurately describe the item being sold or rented. Pricing must be honest. Do not list items you do not own or do not intend to ship. Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees is prohibited.

Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates this policy, please use the Report button available on images, listings, and profiles. Our team reviews all reports.

Enforcement

My Camera Bags reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Decisions may be appealed by contacting us through the contact form.
