1. Acceptance

By using the MyCameraBags marketplace, you agree to these Marketplace Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use marketplace features.

2. User Responsibility for Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. You represent that any item you list is owned by you or legally under your control, is free from liens or encumbrances, and accurately described in the listing.

3. Platform Rights

MyCameraBags may remove any listing at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, fraudulent content, or risk to other users. We may hold, delay, or withhold payouts pending investigation of a dispute or fraud concern.

4. Prohibited Items

Stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained gear is strictly prohibited. See our Prohibited Items page for the full list.

5. Off-Platform Payments

All transactions must be completed through MyCameraBags. Attempting to arrange payment outside the platform (via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal Friends & Family, Zelle, or similar) is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Disputes

Disputes must be opened within 14 days of the transaction date. MyCameraBags will attempt to mediate disputes but is not obligated to issue refunds. See the Dispute Policy for details.

7. Identity Verification

Sellers must complete identity verification before listing items for rent or sale. MyCameraBags uses Stripe Identity for this purpose.

8. Fees

MyCameraBags charges a platform fee on completed transactions. Fee amounts are displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless MyCameraBags determines otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyCameraBags is not responsible for the condition, quality, or authenticity of items sold or rented through the platform. We act as a marketplace facilitator, not a party to any transaction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance.
